Refund Policy
Your purchase is 100% non refundable. Once your payment is processed, we do not offer refunds. We encourage you to shop mindfully and wisely before your purchase. We offer discovery calls and advice via social media to communicate with us before your purchase to ensure it is right for you.
Online purchases will be made via a third party provider, where your personal data will be securely encrypted (SSL) and stored.
We reserve the right to change product and service pricing and availability at any time and without notice. The price at the time of sale is the price you pay, and we do not refund when pricing does change.
Coaching Sessions
Online sessions are held on third party secure servers. It is the client’s responsibility to turn up on time and if late, the session will only be extended on a case by case basis as agreed by Pretty Successful Careers.
Pretty Successful careers has no liability for the if the third-party software fails to work or record.
Telephone session are subject to the client and coach being on time. If you arrive late, we will try to accommodate this however it is at the discretion of the Pretty Successful Careers coach.
Our cancellation period is 24 hours before the agreed coaching session. We will use our discretion on a case by case basis for cancelled sessions after this time.
Cancelled sessions given before 24 hours’ notice, are subject to rearrangement, at the discretion of us.
Please note, once your payment is processed we do not offer refunds.
We retain the right to terminate, rescind or cancel any contractual agreement if the client fails to meet any policy or timeframe expectations.
Materials, resources and advice
Pretty Successful Careers will provide materials, resources and advice on a case by case basis for each client.
This information is solely the view and opinion of us and we ask if the client wishes to share this information to make a request via our email and await approval before sharing.
